Passer is the design pratice of Nikole Sparks. Nikole is a designer, educator, and people-enthusiast living in Los Angeles, Ca. She brings 15 years of experience developing, synthesizing, and implementing visual systems and building creative teams for impact organizations.
Passionate about collaborative, purpose-driven work, Nikole specializes in partnering with those looking to leave places better than they found them. She does this by partnering with organizations to define strategy, build scalable brands, and support design teams — amplifying organizations unique strengths and minimizing the unnecessary stresses of creative work.
Nikole also works as the Design Practice Lead at Certainly.
Outside the design office, Nikole can be found reading psychology, sitting with people, eating her way through the LA eater list, or listening to the waves crash at one of the incredible So.Cal beaches.
